My teacher slapped me. And I was stunned.
A 20mtr rope climbing looked easy from a distance but as I climbed about 7 meters …..a shiver went through my body and my confidence was shaken.
To make it worse – the rope started pendulating.
My teacher screamed from down below standing tall amongst my friends who insisted that I drop down and give up.
I heard him say :
A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because its trust is not on the branch, but on its own wings. Always believe in yourself.
I gave up and came down disappointed.
When did you last face something similar ??
Did you operate with faith n confidence ??
Or
Did you experience doubt and overwhelm ??
The 2 lessons my teacher gave me before leaving the ground have remained with me till date :
Lesson 1 : Work on your strengths (not weaknesses).
Lesson 2 : Stop focusing on what you can’t accomplish.
And a clarity coach works exactly on those 2 principles.
He can help you develop and implement baby steps to focus on your core strengths.
Make a fresh start by seeking clarity.
