A little search over the thesaurus threw up so many words:
affinity, rapport, harmony, understanding, alliance association, closeness, fellow-feeling, bond, communion compatibility, link, accord, friendship, togetherness, similarity, likeness, connection, equivalence, uniformity
Almost 20 odd words that describe the under-current within your #team and the essence of kinship.
A great question to ask yourself would be to choose 5 of the above words and rate your team on a scale of 1 to 10.
Hmmmm – and that stirs up many thoughts on the ‘levels of kinship’ your team is at.
