My heart is full today !
What we witnessed over the last few days at the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) – India Annual Conference at Pune, India was not just a gathering – it was a living, breathing celebration of who we are as a facilitation community.
And at the heart of this magic stood our phenomenal Conference Team.
You didn’t just plan an event…
you wove an experience !!
Thread by thread… smile by smile… moment by moment.
From the warmth at the registration desk to the depth inside every session,
from the late-night reflections to the sunrise conversations over chai,
from silent support backstage to loud applause in plenaries –
you held the space with integrity, empathy, and presence.
Our delegates felt it.
Our Facilitators felt it.
Our entire #IAFIndia community felt it.
And then came this moment –
the iconic group photograph.
245+ of us standing together, laughing, waving, shining…
a tapestry of facilitators from across India stitched together in one joyful frame.
Looking at this picture, one thing is clear –
this is not just a community… this is a movement.
A movement of people committed to creating dialogue, holding space, shaping change, and building a culture of “we” over “me.”

thank you for raising the bar,
for serving with a full heart,
and for making this conference unforgettable.
