Roots & Wings

Honoring the ones who seeded the movement. Celebrating the ones who gave us flight.

Post 10 | Mrunal Lamge ( PCC , Group Facilitator)

It was one of those quiet mornings –
tea in hand, the day not yet awake,
and a conversation that wandered effortlessly between life, spirituality, and facilitation.

That’s when I realised –
this is not just a facilitator I’m sitting with…
this is someone who lives the work.

Mrunal Lamge is one such brilliant person.

Despite his vast experience in coaching and facilitation, Mrunal remains deeply grounded – humble, unassuming, and fully human.

There is no rush to speak, no need to assert.
He simply shows up – with clarity, calm, and care.

Mrunal has been part of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) – India Chapter for many years and is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF). As a mentor to the Delhi IAF community, his contribution has been steady and significant – guiding, supporting, and quietly shaping many journeys, including mine.

Mrunal’s smile is infectious.
And his willingness to help is instinctive.
Anyone who reaches out finds an extended hand – no conditions, no hierarchy.

still remember a moment from last year, at the airport –
a long queue, tired faces all around –
and there was Mrunal, standing patiently, fully present, yet speaking to me with complete attention and clarity.
That, for me, captures his essence.

He is an evolved soul –
someone who wears the “𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫” like a comfortable cloak.
Natural. Effortless. Authentic.

My Profound Learning from Mrunal:
“𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.”
From Mrunal, I’ve learned that facilitation is not about doing more –
it is about being settled within, so others can find their own clarity.

Mrunal, thank you for your quiet generosity –
for mentoring, listening, and walking alongside so many of us.

For the roots you strengthen through humility and presence.
And for the wings you offer through compassion and steadiness.

Grateful to be in your circle.
