A Milestone. A Moment. A New Beginning.

I am delighted to share that I have earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Behind this badge lies far more than an assessment.

It represents 35+ years of my journey.

Conversations that challenged me.
Conversations that stretched me.
Conversations that helped me become a better listener, a better thinking partner, and hopefully, a better human being.

Over the past 13 months, I immersed myself deeply into the world of coaching — studying the ICF Core Competencies, exploring the Code of Ethics, working closely with mentors, participating in peer coaching circles, reviewing recordings, receiving feedback, and continually refining my craft.

There were moments of confidence.
There were moments of doubt.
There were days when progress felt visible.
And there were days when growth was happening quietly beneath the surface.

Looking back, every hour invested was worth it.

This achievement belongs not just to me, but to the many people who have shaped my journey.
