What does it take to see both the forest… and the leaf at the same time?
I’ve often wondered this.
And then I’ve seen ‘Bharti Maru’ in action.
Working closely with her during my tenure as Chair at International Association of Facilitators (IAF) – India was not just collaboration – it was learning in motion.
Bharti has this rare ability to zoom in and zoom out effortlessly.
To notice the smallest detail…….and yet never lose sight of the larger intent.
In rooms where ideas are still forming, she brings structure.
In moments where things seem scattered, she brings clarity.
Strong-headed when needed.
Sharp in her thinking.
Strategic in her approach.
And always – deeply committed to doing what truly matters.
With over two decades of experience in leadership development, sales and behavioral training, and business performance coaching, Bharti brings both depth and direction to every initiative she touches.
And I’ve had the privilege of witnessing this up close.
From conceptualising ideas…..to shaping them into actionable programs……to launching initiatives that create real impact – we have worked together on multiple fronts for the IAF India Chapter.
Another initiative we recently collaborated is #Play14 INDIA in Delhi –
a space that brought together energy, experimentation, and experiential learning.
……But beyond the initiatives, what stands out for me is how Bharti shows up.
Accessible. Resourceful. Articulate.
And always willing to step in when it matters most.
