Clarity is often described as the ability to see things clearly. But what does that mean?
Clarity is about knowing who you are, where you are going, and how to get there. It’s about having a clear sense of purpose and a clear plan for achieving your goals. With clarity, we can eliminate distractions and focus on what’s important.
Many years ago, I worked for a company I didn’t love. I knew I wanted to leave, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do next. I spent months feeling lost and unclear about my next steps. Finally, after many false starts, I realized that I needed to get still and quiet inside if I wanted to find clarity. Once I did that, the answers started coming to me.
I began writing down everything that came to mind – my passions, skills, and interests. Then, from that list, I started brainstorming possible career paths based on what resonated with me most. It took some time and effort, but eventually, I found something that clicked – coaching and consulting others on how to find their clarity and create their own success.
The moral of the story is this: Clarity is essential for creating success in our lives – but it doesn’t come easy or overnight. It takes time and effort to get still and listen within so that we can hear what’s truly important to us. And once we have that clarity? We must take explicit steps toward our goals, so that nothing stands in our way!
