Speaking of Clarity – I am reminded of ‘Nawang Khechog’.
He is one of the Tibet’s foremost world music & spiritual music composer and also one of the first Tibetan musicians to be able to break into International music scene with his original and authentic musical compositions.
Nawang was a monk for 11 years and studied Buddhist philosophy and meditation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and many other Tibetan masters.
He also lived as hermit, meditating in the Himalayan foothills for several years under the guidance of His Holiness.
The well-being practice of grounding (also known as earthing) has existed since ancient times and Nawang practiced it for many years.
Grounding is a type of somatic therapy, which involves pursuing healing for your body and mind together. Grounding involves standing or walking barefoot on the Earth’s natural surface, in order to absorb energy from the ground.
It is important to feel grounded to the earth, because it gives you a sense of stability and makes it easier to focus on what’s important for greater #clarity.
When you feel grounded to the earth, you can be more present in the moment and better able to #focus on your what you want.
The next time you are feeling scattered or lost, take a few minutes to connect with the earth and sky.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself surrounded by a field of fresh, green grass.
Breathe deeply and let your mind wander upward into the clear blue sky.
Allow yourself to feel the support of the earth beneath you as you float weightlessly in the sky of clarity.
Clarity is within!!
