Want vs Need.
The dilemma continues.
A lot of times, we get lost in the hustle n bustle of life and forget what is truly important.
Stress, worry, tension and anxiety take over and drive us nuts.
In turn, we lose our sleep, peace, and #harmony.

Second – arrive at what we want and what exactly we truly need.
When our minds are clear, we can see things as they are and make choices that align with our true-self.
Clarity of mind allows us to let go of the past, live in the present moment, and focus on what is truly important to us.
…And that supports us to lead a more authentic, joyful, and fulfilling life.
When we live in harmony with ourselves, we are better able to connect with others and create relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
