Some wear quiet courage.

We met a few months back in Singapore for a soulfully long afternoon of laughter, reflection, and rediscovery.
As we clinked our glasses, I paused – not just to celebrate the moment, but to honour the roots that Vinay and his fellow #changemakers planted years ago.
๐ญ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ – IAF India is now home to hundreds of facilitators, 8 thriving hubs, and a growing global presence. And it all began because someone dared to believe in the #ideaโฆ and made it real.
And then came the wings.

To learn. To lead. To listen deeply.
To design conversations that matter and to hold space where transformation unfolds.

In every conversation, Vinay demonstrates a rare quality – the ability to make others feel seen, heard, and significant.
He listens not just to respond, but to understand.
That, for me, is the mark of a great facilitator – and a generous human being.
