Spending quality 2 hours with none other than Prabu Naidu Sir in Singapore recently was nothing short of an experience of a lifetime.
A third generation Singaporean and an active volunteer for Cancer patients, Prabhu sir is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) Emeritus, an INIFAC Certified Master Facilitator (CMF), INIFAC Certified Master Learning Facilitator (CMLF) and a Master trainer of Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI). In 2011, he co-authored “SPOT on Facilitation” — the first book on facilitation in Asia and am a proud owner of a copy of his book.
What else could I offer him but a book on facilitation from my tribe of amazing facilitators back in India who are all a part of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) – India , spreading the power of facilitation worldwide.
