“When 13 Questions Shaped a Strategy”

A room full of Senior leaders.

They came in from across Asia.
From one of the largest and most respected Agro firms in the region.
Different cultures. Different functions. Different #leadership styles.

But in that room, for two days, they came together for something deeper –
To reflect. To realign. To reimagine.

No lectures.
No long presentations.
No one-way traffic.

Just chairs in cluster.
Flipcharts. Marker pens.
And a space – held with intention.

I stood there not as a teacher.
Not as a subject matter expert.
But simply – as a #facilitator.

And in that role, I chose silence over speech.

What emerged wasn’t content – it was #clarity.
What followed wasn’t instruction – it was insight.

One question at a time.
Thirteen questions in total – each released at just the right moment.
They weren’t complex.
But they were sharp.
They were necessary.

What unfolded was pure process magic.

Discussions turned into direction.
Reflection turned into frameworks.
And yes – ’strategy emerged’. #Strategy that was co-created, not copied.
Processes that were reviewed, reworked, and ready to evolve.

No one asked for a break.
Each day stretched into 10 rich hours.
But no one even looked at the clock.

Because when the process is alive, so is the energy.

As a facilitator, my job was simple:
“Hold the space. Trust the group.”
Walk in alignment with the #IAF  Core Competencies –
And allow the group to surface its own brilliance.
The very core of “Group Process Facilitation”.

And they did.
They listened. They leaned in. They challenged.
And they BUILT – TOGETHER.

And I walked away with something better
….a deep sense of fulfilment.
that I had helped something meaningful emerge.
Without the noise. Without the spotlight.

Just Presence. Process and Purpose.

That’s the power of #facilitation done right.
And every time it work……..it reminds me ‘why I do what I do.’

What’s one silent shift you’ve created lately, that turned into something remarkable?
