Clarity is often seen as a substitute for confidence, but this is not the case.

Clarity is the ability to see exactly where you are going and what you need to do to get there. It is the ability to see the truth, even when uncomfortable. On the other hand, confidence is based on your beliefs, which may or may not be accurate.

For example, you may be confident that you will get the job you want, but if you do not have Clarity about what the job entails or what the company is looking for, your confidence will not help you.

Clarity is also necessary for motivation. When you are clear about your goals, you are more likely to be motivated to achieve them.

Confidence may give you a short-term boost, but it will not sustain your motivation in the long term. Ultimately, Clarity is a more powerful tool than confidence.

It allows you to see the truth and makes it easier to achieve your goals.
