9AM : As I gear up for an exciting day of exploration and discovery, the table is set with all the tools we’ll need for an immersive experience for this #leadership journey.
From vibrant visuals and thought-provoking props to coloured sheets to the markers to the sketch pens and sticky notes, every item here has a purpose.
This isn’t just another workshop; it is a journey.
🛠️These aren’t just objects; they’re gateways to deep reflection and transformative insights.
🛠️The vibrant cards, with their abstract images and symbols, are meant to provoke thought, to push participants beyond the surface of their minds and into the depths where true understanding resides.
🛠️The markers and sticky notes, simple as they seemed, would soon be covered in ideas and revelations, each one a step closer to the clarity they all sought.
My responsibility is to sense their curiosity, capture that hint of nervous anticipation and simply hold a safe space for them.
6:30 pm : By the end of the day, the table is a beautiful mess—markers strewn about, sticky notes covered in scribbles, and cards layered with meaning.
The participants looked at each other with a sense of accomplishment and connection.
They had travelled a path together, one marked by introspection and discovery.
The workshop had delivered exactly what they had hoped for: deep reflections, powerful insights, and outcomes that would resonate long after they walked out of the room.
